AOL Users:
AOL is a fine organization for those who are new to the Internet, however,
AOL is very unfriendly to many types of rich media including our virtual
tours. The best way to view our virtual tours through
AOL is to connect to the internet with AOL as you normally do, then
once you are fully connected and you hear "welcome" or "you've
got mail", then minimize the AOL window (click the minus sign in
the upper-right coner of your screen). and then launch Internet Explorer
by double clicking the blue "e" icon on your screen. Now once
your Internet Explorer browser window opens navigate back to the virtual
tour and you will see the rich media content without a problem!
(By the way, if you always surf the web through Internet Explorer rather
than through AOL's browser, you will experience fewer pop-up
advertisements and have a "full screen" to work with
rather than a partial screen...)
OR if you must
use AOL...
The AOL browser is sometimes set to compress graphics which not only
degrades image quality, but also prevents users from enjoying Feature
Rich Java Technology. Not all AOL browsers are set this way, in fact
most are not, however, if your AOL browser is set to compress graphics,
then you are likely missing out on significant enjoyable Internet content
- including our 360 Degree Virtual tours! Follow these easy steps to
be sure your AOL browser IS NOT set to compress graphics:
- With AOL open
click My AOL from the main menu near the top of your
window.
- Select Preferences.
- Select WWW.
- Select the Web
Graphics tab.
- Be sure the checkbox
next to Use Compressed Graphics
IS NOT checked. (uncheck it if it is checked)
- Click OK
then you will need to restart your computer. (Trust us, it is worth
the effort!)

is already set NOT to compress graphics and you are still having problems,
