The only explanation for this to occur is that your computer may be part
of a corporate network protected by a firewall that prevents Java (.jar files) from
executing. We recommend that you email a link of the tour you wish to view to a
personal email address that you can check from a non-networked computer, then
launch the tour from there and enjoy it!
